Automatonophobia

Automatonophobia is the fear of automations, of things that look human, but aren't quite. It includes the fear of androids / gynoids, fear of mannequins, and fear of humanoid statues. Anything that appears to look like a human or behave like a human when they know it is not.

Like most phobias, Automatonophobia is an irrational fear. But, as humanoid robotics become more developed, without climbing out of the uncanny valley completely, it is likely one that will become more pronounced in the general population.
