Biophotonics
Biophotonics is the science of using light to affect biological systems. Ratherthan just vierwing cells, pulsed, modulated, and tight-beam light in different frequencies actively alters the function of biological systems.
Light is studied to provide drug delivery mechanisms, topographical maps of biological cells, and keyhole surgery. It is a new, and fast advancing field, for creating augmented reality healthcare systems.
