Cognitive Enhancer A cognitive enhancer is a drug or neuroprosthetic solely designed to enhance the functioning of the brain in one area or another. They are usually targeted at increasing cognition speed, memory enhancement, or boosting intelligence. The drug versions of these are known as nootropics.
