Cyberphile
A cyberphile is someone who 'suffers' from cyberphilia. That is they have a love of computers and computational equipment bordering on an obsession.
Whilst the most avid developers of technological systems are not necessarily cyberphiles, cyberphiles are frequently among the most fervent early adopters of bionic systems, smart implants and body area network devices.
