Facer
A facer is a flat object or texture file which pivots smoothly and continually round an axis point, usually it its base so that the flat of the image is always turned to face the user as they move. Facers provide the illusion of a 3D image without actually being 3d.
Facers cannot be placed too close together otherwise the overlap and interference when two or more facers turn on their separate axis will give away that they are in fact flat.
