Intelligent Speed Adaption Intelligent Speed Adaption or ISA, is a method of traffic management based off of geolocation and artificial intelligence. Each vehicle involved in such a system possesses a GPS unit, and a satellite navigation system. The road map on the navigation system contains data as to the speed limits on those roads, and the AI automatically slows the car if it registers as being on that road, but not obeying the limit.
