Pre-Integrated Volume Rendering
The concept of pre-integrated rendering, is very similar to a halfway house between passive and interactive VR. It is a type of rendering in which several rotation sequences, deemed to be the most likely used, are actually pre-rendered and stored in main memory either prior to, or during initial display. In this manner, delays caused by rendering large datasets on the fly, can be largely avoided ? provided the user sticks to expected patterns.

Sound itself is generated in the larynx, and the pitch and volume of the resultant sounds are controlled there. In addition, the force the air is expelled from the lungs, adds to volume. Without a larynx, any form of speech is not possible.
