RTR RTR, or Real Time Radiography is a method of scanning physical objects – such as living human or animal bodies, or artworks, in such a way as to be non destructive to these physical objects, but at the same time capture detailed data about their structure and composition in as close to real-time as possible. It is a direct-to-digital method of capture, so the data flows straight into a DICOM or PACS compatible datafile, which can then be loaded into the medical VR package of choice.
