Semiautomated
A semiautomated system is any system which is automated in part, but still relies on manual effort for part of its basic function. This can be as simple as an otherwise automated wireless sensor web whose individual sensors require their batteries periodically replaced, or a control system which does not have complete autonomy over the system it controls.
Semiautomated does not apply however, to any system which may be either fully automated or entirely manual. Only to systems which are part one and part the other.
