Stereoscopic Stereoscopic refers to a stereoscopic display, or stereoscopic sound. It is essentially paired sense input, such that each half of the sense whether that sense is sight, sound, smell, balance, or even taste, receives a slightly different input. This helps to localise the input to one side or another, when two sense organs are involved, and increase the immersion.
