A social 'World'

Pressing F7 accesses the community in any Graal world. This loads up an instant-messaging panel that allows anyone in that world to message anyone else in the world, including mass messaging to all. This is the most popular form of chat, airing dirty laundry in public, constantly.

Messages appear as flashing balloons over the originating user?s head in the messaging window. Clicking these produces a new window with the message in it.
