ActiveWorlds' Debate World

AWDebate is one of the ActiveWorlds universe VR environments. Termed a P30, this means it is 30 cells, by 30 cells, or 300m x 300m in total size. That is more than expansive enough for a large conference facility with many, many expo and meeting rooms.

Why then, does AWDebate only hold four meeting rooms total?
