Bone Level Of Detail Bone level of detail refers to a skeletal modelling system. Because such systems are non-visual, level of detail is not meant in the usual way. Instead it refers to how far the skeletal modelling system spreads. Do the bones end at the hands? Are there finger bones? Toe bones? How many bones are used to animate the back? The greater the precision to an organic bone system, the higher the bone level of detail. Below, we offer a selection of links from our resource databases which may match this term.
