Conversational Interface A conversational Interface or CI, is also sometimes termed a conversational user interface, or CUI. It is essentially complete voice controlled access to computer systems, not to dissimilar in theory at least, to that portrayed on shows such as Star Trek. A natural language understanding, interface modality, that utilises human spoken language in place of typed commands or mouse clicks.
