EEG Artefact
An EEG artefact is a non-brain related electrical signal that is emitted from the head, and recorded by a non-invasive brain interface, which has to be discounted from the results. Artefacts include eye muscle nerve impulses, and optic fibre nerve impulses, facial expression muscle activation impulses and other such activity.
