MOST-EEG
MOST-EEG stands for Multiple Origin Spatio-Temporal ?EEG, and is a version of the non-invasive brain activity pattern reading neuroprosthetic device that instead of mapping the point of origin of a signal to the curvature of the skull, retunes itself dynamically in order to achieve a 3D picture of the electrical activity within a given portion of the brain.
The net result is an improvement over standard EEG, to the point where activity structure is measurable in depth as well as in area.
