Neuromorphing

Neuromorphing is the name for the process of modelling parts of the human central nervous system ( notably the retina, the cochlea, and the hippocampus) in transistors and silicon circuits, with the express interest of grafting the circuits onto the human nervous system, and thus morphing the capabilities of such.
