Polypaint Polypaint is a method of adding textures to polygons without using a set texturemap. Essentially, pixels of paint are added to the surface at run-time, of an arbitrary resolution. If the painting is to become permanent, a texturemap of the same resolution is created later, the painting copied onto it, and then mapped to the polygons.
