Triangles Per Second

Triangles Per Second is a graphics industry performance indicator. Since nearly every render in modern CGI is made up of triangles, the higher the number of triangles per second, the faster the graphics processing unit is rated.

Faster graphics processing units mean more complex renderings in real-time, which greatly improves immersion.
