AW is a social environment, and is meant for sharing experiences. There are many different ways of sharing, and AW's solution is perhaps unique. Board games. Taking board games to the virtual, you can participate in the favourite fire-side pursuit of families of old, online. Draughts, chess, backgammon, spades, the list of dedicated suites, each focussed to one game or another goes on and on. In addition, many worlds feature ad-hoc builds of the the same, including common TV shows like Mastermind, and 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' all controlled via the world you are in at the time, and all three-dimensonal, almost-reach-out-and-touch virtual.
