Life extension technologies are catching the eye of venture capitalists these days, and with such eyeing comes the potential for general health system revamp ? the virtual and augmented way.

Amongst the areas being investigated are aggregate online health records ? similar to Google Health and other ventures. Social networking for online health, complete incorporation of PACs and DICOM and readiness to treat an older and more infirm population are growth areas.
