There?s a sub-drama brewing in the ?console war? right now. Microsoft may be out of the blocks with their controversial ?Milo? technology, but let?s not forget a similar concept shown by Sony at last years E3: Eye Pet.

The demo at last years E3 flew under the radar for many - it certainly wasn?t a focus next to the reveal of MAG and God Of War III - but it did draw some interest via some pretty impressive interactivity with the real world. The Eye Pet trailer showed the game?s character interacting with real life objects and even demonstrated how users could draw objects on paper, have the Playstation render them and turn them into playable objects.

However, it?s only since the demonstration of Milo that the Eye Pet has become a talking point.
