Linksys Uses Non-Standard Kit for Wireless Boost

Linksys claim their multiple in, multiple out (MIMO) 802.11g Wi-Fi technology can reach up to three times further and perform eight times faster than standard 802.11g Wi-Fi systems.
Whilst MIMO is not an agreed, ratified standard, Linksys have started shipping the technology - which uses multiple masts connected by a router to eliminate blackspots.
