Remort Remort is an old MUDding term, not used so much how, although it is hard to see why not. A remort is literally a remortification, i.e. recreation of a mortal being, and is used predominantly in gameworlds. When a character has reached maximum level, maximum skill ability, rather than that being the end of the road, a remort transforms the character into a level one character of a different, much more powerful race. Frequently they keep their old skills, and increases the retention factor of older players. Below, we offer a selection of links from our resource databases which may match this term.
