SPECT SPECT, occasionally referred to as SPET, stands for ?Single photon emission computed tomography?. It is a method of 3D data collection for living organic bodies. Essentially, it slices the body into tens of thousands of slides using gamma rays. These can then be stacked together to create a 3D rendition.
