Retinotopic
Retinotopic is the general classification name for studying the process of retinoptic elements within the brain. Literally the visual processing of the retina. Retinoptics are part of retinotopy, a mapping phenomenon, in which the layout of nerve receptors in the retina of the eye, are mapped into an area the same shape and size, within the occipital cortex at the back of the brain.
